These fabric overhead doors use a material that is virtually unaffected by sand, grit, paint or sun. Truly durable, the PVC coated polyester fabric has been stabilized for long life – 15-20 years for southern climates and 20+ years for northern climates.
High traffic operations will also benefit from the durability of the fabric overhead door material because of its high puncture resistant properties and the fact that tearing both fabric layers is extremely unlikely. Should the fabric become damaged, your overhead doors will continue to function and repairs can be easily done with the overhead doors in place so there is no disruption to your traffic flow.
